Overview:
As Dealer Network Development Specialist in charge of construction management for dealer expansion nationwide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the compliance of the network with established standards. This position demands a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and excellent project management skills.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of nationwide dealer expansion projects.
- Evaluate potential locations for new dealerships, considering technical feasibility, compliance requirements, and strategic business goals.
- Supervise and manage construction activities for new dealership establishments.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines during the construction phase.
- Collaborate with contractors and construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project timelines are met.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with established standards for network infrastructure and construction projects.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and best practices to ensure all network development activities meet or exceed compliance requirements.
- Provide technical expertise in network development, ensuring that all construction activities align with the company's technical specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new infrastructure seamlessly into the existing network.
- Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, architects, and engineers, to align construction activities with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in construction management, preferably in network development projects.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Technical proficiency in network infrastructure and construction processes.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
