The Island Garden City of Samal (IGaCoS) on April 1 will be implementing a user’s fee for visitors to help the local government unit’s solid waste management program.An environmental user’s fee (EUF) or the “Blue-Green ticket” will only cost P5 and will be charged to the visitors of IGaCoS, IGaCoS City Mayor Aniano P. Antalan said during Kapihan sa SM media forum.
