Honey Grace P. Catalan is the proprietor of Honey Grace Cakes. She was 5 years old when she started to hang out at her grandmother's baking kitchen in Cebu. There was always that little person in the kitchen who would try her little hands on the baking ingredients. For the little Honey Grace, baking became play ... and through the years, it became a passion and the rest is history. She has commercially started a cake baking business in 1994 in tandem to her father's bakeshop business and has since been baking for some chains of restaurants, caterers and food stores.
