Aling Nene’s Restaurant is a Filipino- owned business founded by the late Remedios “Aling Nene” Santiago-Cabate and husband Isidro “Mang Siding” Cabate in 1955. The business started as a small take out counter offering the ever famous Aling Nene’s BBQ and special lechon Baboy, Baka, and manok whose recipe was specially made and perfected by Mang Siding. Their frequent customers then were the jeepney and taxi drivers.
