The concept of the restaurant came about when brothers with a passion for indulging in great food decided to share their experiences with the world. Having spent their lives traveling throughout the Pacific on a pallet driven quest for the best dishes in the best known and even the most hidden of restaurants, the brothers decided that they needed to share with the world their gastronomical experiences.
