Excellent service and Good staff
This was my first time dine at teriyaki boy Galleria branch, i really loved and appreciated of how the staff assist me as well,particularly to the staff who got my ordered,he approach me wearing his good smile and very confident. I like the way how he suggest and sell their product to me,his very knowlegeable about the product of what he offer. so i ordered atleast 3 pcs of tempura and 1flavoured Rice. after he repeat my order i ask to him to give me a glass of warm water only. so he quick gave my water the food was serve in just only 10 minutes over the 15m.I really want to talk him and offer to work with my Restaurant ,but i notice him how he loved and happy with his work now.

Bad experience
Good day, Yesterday I went to teriyaki boy here at Mall of asia Branch together with my fellows. After they took my order they deliver it on specific time that hasnt match to what they said serving time.Then the food came without serving cutleries and waiting to long for a server to came in and ask for it. Then they served the drinks late without straws and pointing for a small spoon to used as alternative.When the server "Ramon" served the food he introduced by a shorcut named I dont understand maybe their type of naming the food by themselves but not so formal.When I got a bite of California rolls, I noticed a flies on my food that loss my appetite I Informed the server about the food and they change it right away without even APOLOGIZING, not even a manager on duty to check back. As they delivered the new California maki still no apologized for the server nor manager. And when about to eat it again theres still flies on it. So Ive got my phone and started recording the flies on my food that goes on all of our food too. We loss our appetite. I ate a food that i knew contaminated. I ask for a bill and a manager to speak with me. When we are talking about the food Ian the manager on duty saw the flies roaving around as I pointed and says "see?". Its a shame on the store as the server and host was look like weak and sad for entertaining customer , poor management and very bad experienced for my last day in Philippines. Hope this will be a Good Call for everyone.

Very unprofessional
First time there today ordered noodle bowl and got something different. I drove all the way home and had to go all the way back to get my food very inconvenienced since I'm pregnant and diabetic,when itold the worker what happened she got very upset and started yelling at me attacking me saying it was my fault screaming at me so bad that other customers had to intervene to try and calm her down. She ended up arguing with them also . It was a horrible experience i ended up paying more after all that I will not be going there again but think the employees need to be trained in customer service. Bonanza and lamb location the employee attacking me calling me name Alejandra was very unprofessional with all the customers.
