Review Service sucks

we have been disconnected without prior notice. we have received the disconnection notice the same day that we will be disconnected. i just hope that they are giving prior notice properly. this service sucks. we have a newborn baby at home. i know it is our responsibility to pay the bill but u am hoping that the service peovider is also reaponsible enough in giving prior notice. not a good thing.
