PEMA Plastic Mfg. Corp. was founded in 1976 by Joseph K. Mancilla who first started in recycling plastic scrap. During this time, the technology wasn't that improvised until the later following years which the company foresaw and then sought the advantage of the trading business. With the growth of plastic industries and the demand of its applications, PEMA has since been expanding its wide network of business from manufacturing of local recycled pellets to importing of polypropylene and polyethylene resins from foreign petrochemical companies in the USA, Singapore, Korea, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Japan, etc.
