It was in 1994 when two solid financial organizations of the Armed Forces and Police, the Armed Forces and Police Mutual Benefit Association, Inc. (AFP-MBAI) and the Armed Forces and Police Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (AFP-SLAI), initially hatched the dream of forming a bank in tribute to all “uniformed men” of the land.
