Province of Pangasinan - Philippines

Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. (left photo) presents the report on the state of the province to thousands of Pangasinenses (right photo) from all walks of life last February 7 at the Capitol Plaza in Lingayen. The Governor, now on his second term, said that the province has “excelled and continue to improve in other fronts” as shown by the numerous awards and achievements, some of which were elevated to hall of fame. He also described year 2010 as an exciting period of transition following the establishment of 1580 as the founding year of Pangasinan and the forming of Pangasinan Historical and Cultural Commission.
