The law firm was founded in 1980 by Beda G. Fajardo originally to provide effective services to domestic and international clients in admiralty, maritime, insurance and immigration law. The international network of the firm was enlarged when Beda G. Fajardo became a member of the New York Bar and lone Filipino member of the prestigious Maritime Law Association of the United States as a proctor in admiralty which provides a built-in network of correspondent law firms in all the States in America, U.K., Canada, Europe, Australia and Asia-Pacific.
