Casimiro Development Corporation - Las Pinas, Philippines

Casimiro Development Corporation (CDC), a family owned company, was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 13, 1978 with Gabriel “Ben” P. Casimiro as its founding president. The company’s first venture was the development of the family owned land holdings in Pamplona, Las Piñas known by the project name: Casimiro Village which offered home lots for the middle income market.Encouraged by the results of its initial offering, CDC acquired adjacent raw land and entered into joint venture agreements with land owners to develop Casimiro Village Phase 2. In 1983, despite the social and political unrest, CDC further expanded Casimiro Village with the opening of Phase 3.
