DBM started its operations in the Philippines in 2001. It was the first organization to bring the concept of outplacement to the local market, quickly establishing itself as the market leader in this field. It has provided outplacement and career transitioning services to executives and managers, through individual programs and group outplacement workshops to rank and file employees.
