This small City but progressive capital town of La Union boasts highly of its excellent peace and order condition and has gotten the popular name ---"Crossroads of Commerce And Industry and the Hub of Tourist: in the Northern Luzon Provinces. Aside from these national famous qualities as a City, San Fernando, thus far has one of the most number of service, civic and or religious clubs organized, and one of which is the Rotary Club of San Fernando La Union, Inc.
