Located in the heart of Valenzuela, The Holy Family Parish is one of the more densely populated parishes of the diocese of Malolos. The PHF came into existence on June 15, 1996 upon the arrival of its first priest-in-charge, Rev. Fr. Cenon Dennis Garcia Santos with the mandate from then local ordinary Most Rev. Rolando J. Tria Tirona, O.C.D., D.D.
