We opened in September 2004. It initially catered to family and friends. Without a signboard and paid advertisement, it operated its daily business. It was by word of mouth that people - both local and transients took notice of its distinctive taste in steaks and cuisine. Its menu included not only steak and pasta recipes, but also a fusion of local and global flavors. In 2005, it was accredited by the Department of Tourism. Today, it is known as a fine dining hub for families, friends, businessmen and travelers.
