Trinity is owned by Percito "Boy" and Sonia Lozada, along with their children Patrick, Kathy, Kristile and Kristine. Sonia, who manages the restaurant, is an amiable lady and well-respected restaurateur who has been in the business since 1989, having put up Trinity Ihaw-Ihaw at Paranaque Fresh Food Market in Paranaque City and its branches in Market! Market! in Taguig City, Seaside on Macapagal, Farmer's Market in Cubao, Quezon City and soon to open at the Esplanade SM Mall of Asia.
