Philpost Tracking https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/
The Philippine postal system has a history spanning over 250 years. The first post office was established in the city of Manila in 1767. It was organized under a new postal district of Spain in 1779, encompassing Manila and the entire Philippine archipelago. In 1783, the postal service was organized in the Philippines-overseas mail from the Philippines was conveyed to Europe by Spanish ships via eastbound routes through Mexico. Later on, the postal district was re-established on December 5, 1837. After a year, Manila became known as a leading center of postal services within Asia. Spain joined the Universal Postal Union in 1875, which was announced in the Philippines two years later.
During the Philippine Revolution, President
The Manila Central Post Office Building, the center of the Philippine postal services and the headquarters of then-Bureau of Posts, was completed in 1926. It was destroyed during World War II (1945) but was rebuilt in 1946, after the war.
The Manila Central Post Office located at LiwasangBonifacio is a neo-classical building designed by two American architects and a Filipino namely: Ralph Doane, Tomas Mapua, and Juan Marcos de Guzman Arellano. The Post Office Building was considered as the grandest building during its time, and is now considered as one of the dominating landmarks in Metro Manila.
With the overhaul of the Philippine bureaucracy in 1987, the Bureau of Post was renamed the Postal Service Office (PSO) by the virtue of Executive Order No. 125 issued by then-President Corazon Aquino on April 13, 1987. It was also that order which placed PSO under the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC). On April 2, 1992, by virtue of the Republic Act No.7354 issued by then-President Fidel V. Ramos, PSO became a government owned and controlled corporation named as the Philippine Postal Corporation of more commonly known today as PHLPost.

The phone or land line number is not answering. Several calls attempted. Please do attend to your customers needs especially when they are trying to track down the status of their package.

Please improve your services, we are already under Duterte administration. And as i observed why are the people sorting the mail in window 18 are of near menopausal age, we paid for the services especially under EMS "express mail service" and yet you assign people of near retirement in that section. Come on, better bury your crooked traditions and change for improvement or competence. Being stubborn to your crooked traditions implies being obsolete change your ways or better get replaced by competent individuals. To the editor please post this as it is or be exposed further or reported to appropriate uncorrupted authorities.

My package was supposed to arrive on or before 9 Feb 2016. Still it hasn't. The tracking service indicates its arrival in Davao. I have tried to call the central post office (224-2961)several times but it is always inaccessible. I've emailed them days ago but all they could say was the same as the tracking system provides.

My daughter paid for the fee in sending my registered mail last July 22,2013 at matina sto.nino post office. When she handed the 1,000peso bill,it was returned back to her saying that her money is FAKE. I don't think that we were faked by cebuana llhulier, where my daughter regularly draws my allotment. My poor daughter never insisted. If only I was there, the issue will never go between me and the cashier. I will raised it to the top officials and even to media so this thing wont happen again to others.
I already had a worst experience with philpost---being cheated on the weight of my package to USA. When I went home and realized that I was not convinced of the very big charge,I went back the following day with the same person facing me. He returned the overcharge amounting to almost 900php.Is that fair????
Customers of Philpost, BE WATCHFUL!!!

Tried to call many times, but line was always busy.
Never delivered any notification even though the web showed the parcel had already reached.
Bad bad bad customer service, I have no idea why my family had to spend a lot of money to send my parcel from overseas.
Must improve customer service.
