Johnield Construction & Development Corp. was established last August 15, 2000 as a single-proprietor business firm owned by Jonathan L. Diaz with its office at New Cubao Central Market (beside ICCT College) V.V. Soliven Compound, Cainta Rizal. The start of its real operation was last February 2001 and the management decided to conduct its operation at 123 Moscow St., Pasig Green Park Village Manggahan, Pasig City. Mrs. Cherry Grace V. Diaz, wife of the owner, helped in managing the company up to the present.
