(THS) (then known as Trinity Life and Health Insurance Agents, Inc.) was established during the last quarter of 1994 as a subsidiary of its mother company - TRINITY INSURANCE BROKERS, INC. (TIB). TIB’s Management thought it prudent to address the growing needs of its corporate clients in the area of employee benefits and thus from a mere department handling employee benefits for TIB, THS was created to intensify its servicing focus on healthcare plans. Through the years, more and more clients have requested the company for healthcare packages; thus making healthcare (HMO and medical insurance) plans the bulk of Trinity Healthcare Services, Inc.’s portfolio. The Company’s emphasis and field of specialization is the packaging, implementation and servicing of healthcare programs for individual and corporate clients.
