All application should be submitted to the Chapter President for their perusal. The chapter President will then make the recommendation to the Committee on Membership Credentials, Accreditation & Re- Classification (CMCAR) thru the National Secretariat. B. Submitted applications will be processed within 15 days upon receipt by the National Secretariat. C. Approved applications will be mailed, faxed or emailed to the Chapter president. D. Induction will be conducted in the Local Chapter in the presence of the National President and/or member of Executive Officer and chairman and/or vice chairman of the CMCAR.
