CITIFLORA began in front of the Miriam College, Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City in 1996 under the former name, Flowers and Vines. To provide the highest standard in flower arranging, Larry Darroca the floral designer, event stylist and owner took up his training abroad under European Company for several years.
