Patio de Tata Roque - Marikina, Philippines

This small catering service company in the City of Marikina derives its name from the patron saint of the barangay where it was founded – San Roque. Its owners –husband and wife Nelson and Teena Guiterrez – first started out their business as a simple venue where Marikeños and people from neighboring communities can celebrate their special occasions in an ideal setting. While on several trips to the U.S. , Nelson and Teena also began honing their culinary skills and experience in this food industry there by conducting small catering projects for Filipino communities in the U.S.
