The Company was established on September 24, 1999 by Mr. Yoshikatsu Nakamura, the same founder of Japan Flacks Company, a leading transportation company in Japan and of HANA NET Limited Company also of Japan, a holding company involved in numerous financial businesses. HANA NET Philippines from its humble beginning as a one unit delivery service and a subscribed capital of Php 2.3 million has now grown into a Php 70.5 million operation with a paid-in capital in excess of Php 35 million as of the end of the year 2006.
