I was supposed to receive my order until mar.12 2018 but until now wala pa. I have already called the lazada customer service twice and said the delivery date was reset for mar. 20. Come march 22 i received a text that they will deliver my item on that day gabi na wala pa. Sa dami na ng naorder ko sa lazada before wala naman hassle. Nakakabwisit kayo XDE me charge pa mga calls ko sa customer service dahil wala naman ako sa manila.

Tracking #********. 10 days ago pa kami naghihintay sa item na inorder namin sa lazada but up to now wala pa nadating. Calling the attention of lazada, pls do the necessary action against your trusted shipper "XDE".

One those lousy couriers, Lazada had to put up to? The evidence is just everywhere, just google their name, negative reviews would just blown off your face. I pray and hope you fix yourselves worthy of taking the duty of delivering your parcels at time accordance. You had the right address, the right partners, yet you still not good at it. You have one job, that is to get the item, deliver it to the "begging" customer, yet here we are, HawkOne Gadget claims you already pick the item, and yet where is it? rescheduled for next week. Awesome. Lazada should do something with this problem. They should cut their ties with you.

You call this delivery express? i placed order yesterday Jan.04,2018 as a delivery express but still now i didn't received my order. Make sure that once receive the item there's no additional charges for the express delivery.....

XDE sent me a text message last night saying they’re about to deliver my purchase from Lazada. I had to cancel my plans for today para lang ma receive yung package. 24 hrs have passed since the sms they sent me, but I haven’t received my package yet. WTF Lazada?! Palitan mo na courier mo. XDE paasa kayo. Wag na kayong magsend ng sobrang aga, kung Hindi nyo naman tutuparin. PAASA.

Despite seeing a lot of negative feedbacks about Ximex, I am still happy that I got my very first delivery on time. I received a text message from them an hour before my delivery took place. So far so good. I hope it continues like this.

I bought an item from Lazada but they used this mediocre courier service to deliver my item. It's been like forever but I still havent received my item. I bought a lot of items from Lazada but this one's the worst. I bought from our province before but it arrives a few days via LBC but this crap courier keeps marking my status as "Consignee Out" but they didnt even delivered. I was at the house waiting for my item.
