Ballooney first opened as a little specialty shop in Mango Avenue last August 1998, specializing in balloon bouquets and imported foil and latex balloons. Cebu was little prepared for this new concept since never before were balloons used for more than just children’s parties. But with the wide range of designs and colors offered, we captured every generation’s heart with messages such as birthdays, anniversaries, new babies, get well soon, etc…
