Beng Kiam Athletic Club - Manila, Philippines

The Beng Kiam Athletic Club, the oldest active Chinese martial arts club in the Philippines, is now opening its doors to the public. Founded in 1935 by the late grandmaster Tan Ka Hong, Beng Kiam today is overseen by his son, grandmaster Benito Tan. At Beng Kiam, students can expect to learn one of the best traditional southern Chinese martial arts, the art of ngo cho kun, or the five ancestors fist.
