Internet Cafe Association of Marikina (ICAM) Inc. aims to represent every Internet Cafe owner in the area in tackling all pertinent legal issues and coordinate with Government Offices in the formulation and enforcement of the laws, rules and regulations affecting their business.It is ICAM’s goal to help equip the members with the tools to understand and address the changes in the market.
