Palmera Homes, Inc. - Philippines

My tax declaration is registered under the name of Palmera Homes, one of the requirements is to submit a Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) in order to transfer it to my name. I understand that Palmera Homes has a copy of it? May I request on how to get a copy (blue) or a certified true copy. I also want to apply for an real estate tax amnesty and it is one of the BIR requirements. Will appreciate if you could give me an information regarding my request. Greetings! My TCT states in its last page that there are restrictions on the property. Pag ibig Fund is requiring me to submit a copy of the restrictions. My address is Block 7 Lot 5 Revelation St Palmera 5 Brgy Dela Paz Antipolo. Where do I get the copy of the restrictions? Thanks!
