TOLEDO CABLE TV, INC. - Philippines

I live in Barili Cebu and recently signed up for Toledo cable in Barili...at least just for the first month- since everything I paid for was a complete waste of money.

#1: There are no program listings for any channels available, so it's impossible to know when your favorite shows or movies happen to be playing.
Toledo Cable is either:
A) Too cheap
B) Too lazy
C) Too neglectful of their customers' most basic needs or...
D) Simply just too incompetent to provide the necessary info to their paying customers when they have access to the shows they want to watch.

#2) Of the 4 HBO channels supposedly I'm paying for, only the non-HD channel has worked for at least the last 4 days without explanation.

Don't waste your money giving it to these guys...I'm going back to satellite TV- at least they aren't too lazy or incompetent to let me know when the shows I paid my good money for are on tv for me to watch!

The worst WiFi connection ever . It is slow and customer service is slower . Do not order from this company go else where.
I not joking it's taken us about 1 month of complaints and still no act to repair the slow connection and dropped WiFi calls .
