December 13, 1946. Founder was the late Col. Sergio N. Jamila Sr., a USAFE Veteran, co-founder of Philippine Association of Detective and Protective Agency Operators (PADPAO), and who lobbied for the enactment of RA # 5487, known as Private Security Agency Law

Sometime in 1951, the company ventured in a private security business under the style Veterans Philippine Scouts Security Agency. Later on, it amended its articles of incorporation and became a private security agency with the sole primary purpose of providing security services.
