CENTURY SAVINGS BANK CORPORATION was conceived sometime in March 1994 by a group of business people.

On March 18, 1994, an application for authority to organize a Savings and Mortgage Bank was filed with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). On July 8, 1994, the Monetary Board under its Resolution No. 619 approved the request of Century Savings Bank Corporation to establish a Savings and Mortgage Bank. This was followed by the approval of the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws on September 7, 1994. On November 16, 1994, a Certificate of Authority to operate was granted to Century Savings Bank Corporation by the Governor of the Bangko Sentral on December 7, 1994. Securities and Exchange Commission approved another increase in capitalization bringing the total up to Php620 Million. On December 3, 1999, the SEC approved the latest increase of its authorized capital from Php620 Million to Php700 Million. Then the latest on December 2008 the authorized capital increased to Php1 Billion. On February 28, 1996, the BSP approved the Bank’s application for FCDU operation. The Bank started its FCDU operation in May 4, 1997.

Presently, the Bank’s Head Office is located at 232 Shaw Boulevard corner Oranbo Drive, Pasig City. The Bank has since opened five branches namely.
