INTERCON DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORY INCORPORATED - Quezon City, Philippines

Rude personnel. I've done a few lab tests here because it is close to where I live and it's the same every time, whether on the phone or not. Walked in here once and there was a row of personnel at the counter and only a few (one or two) idle customers. Nobody directed me to the proper place or even took notice of me so I asked the lady on the counter saying "Excuse me." She didn't respond so I said it again. She finally said: "Oo, sandali lang!" Without even looking at me, with crossed brows and high voice as if I had done something to provoke her anger. After a few minutes of waiting another personnel got up to attend me. There were other incidents but that should be enough. The place is average (less laboratory looking than other laboratories), moderately clean. Less people than other labs though. Would not come back here if I had the choice but if you want to pay good money to get disrespected, this is the place for you.
