Khong Guan Biscuits (philippines) Incorporated - Quezon City

Good morning.
Yesterday, May 16, 2019, we were eating creamy chocolate sandwich made by Khong Guan when a co-worker bit into a string embedded inside the biscuit. She was surprised and she stopped eating. We took pictures of the biscuit and the string.
What happened to your quality control?
What other creamy chocolate sandwich products are affected?

Good day! I am Mr. Alejandro Molina of Tacloban City. I was once connected in your company based in Region VIII, Leyte under the distribution of Mr. Edwin Ella last years 2004-2006. I had contributed much help in the distribution company i was hired then. Your products are so excellent and very affordable.
