Park N' Fly - Paranaque City, Philippines

I have parked my car for 4 days just recently, and when i got back from a vacation, i noticed that my car was parked outside at a non-covered area since it was very dirty and dusty which was not the way it was when i brought it there. since, there was no damage except that, i did not complain since it was very minor (But i expected that it will be parked in a covered area since their motto was " WE BABY YOUR BABY")
When I got home in the province, I went immediately to a car wash station to have my car cleaned and washed but then I noticed when the hood was opened for cleaning that my MY BATTERY WAS REPLACED. Originally it was a maintenance free Motolite battery now what was connected is a GS Battery which is almost dry as the battery solution is almost empty.
I immediately called Park N Fly but then they refused to entertain my complaint since they said the car already in the province, said complaint should have been made before leaving the establishment. I admit it must have been my mistake since it did not occur to me that they will open the hood and replace my battery, hence I did not open the hood before leaving . But even then they should have investigated as they claimed that CCTV Cameras are installed in the parking areas, not just tell their customer that it is no longer their responsibility, just like that! I will NEVER EVER PARK MY CAR AGAIN with PARK N FLY! Your car is not safe there!

We intend to use your services this coming june 14-16, 2015.. How much do you charged per day? What are the mechanics?
