the company J Car hired one of my taxi driver without doing a background check, his name is FELIXBERTO TORIANO, he have a couple of pending unsettled Notice of Violation in the City of Manila amounting to P5,000, and a delinquent account in the office with regards to unsettled boundary deficiency, a huge amount of owed money in the company too. Our lawyer is already preparing a Demand Letter to be forwarded to the LETAS Division of LTO Main office and to inform LTFRB of his actions, because officially, he is still connected to us, but still your company hired him, a copy of the Demand Letter can be sent to you also.
