Unfair Reservation policy
I bought metrodeal vouchers for yakimix sm north. When i made my dinner reservation, i was informed that i need to be in the resto between 5-5:30 pm only. I asked them why they are imposing on me the time when i would be at the resto. I told them what if i wanted to have dinner at 7pm. They said they will cancel my reservation after 5:30 pm. I told them that the purpose exactly of a reservation is to get a table at ur preferred time for a certain number of people who will dine with u. Yakimix can only impose the time period for dinner time (say, 5pm to 9pm) and it is up to the customer what time she will come within that period. U cannot say u will cancel the reservation after 5:30pm. That defeats the nature and purpose of a reservation. I asked to talk to a manager but they became evasive. I asked for the contact details of the head office and they refused to give me. Yakimix, that is lousy customer service.

Frustration!
Good Pm! I am Mr. Nemenzo, Professor in the University of St. La Salle, Bacolod City. I brought my class for Dinner last Sept. 8, Saturday, 43 students and I am surprised that you ran out of FLC Cards already. Honestly, it's the FLC card that pushed me to bring my class because I am planning to bring my other classes in the future. Sad to say, I was not even informed about it when I did the booking 2 weeks before.
How is it possible that I could be given 4 FLC cards? I guess this is just but fair because this is your marketing program and it's disgusting for your customers to know that you are no longer implementing it. hope you can do something about it.

Most ruthless, unfriendly, dishonest and bad management buffet restaurant!
Your landline no.is incorrect! I had an accident in High street BGC branch that I slipped over your wet floor that badly hit my knee that had swell and hit the my right arms and pelvic due yo thr negligence of your lady crew who has not placed a hazard sign for a "Wet floor"?!. I made a complaint/accident letter through Brian Momongan, supervisor & refused to receive it bec. according to him he was advised by his manager that they have their own incident letter to submit to main office?! I will file a legal complaint against your company due to this!
