This man who owns this company is a fraud. After his failed employment at PLDT, he went on putting up companies that eventually fails. He is a SELF-declared CEO that has everything to prove. He accomplished nothing. And this company is just an addition to the list of his failed attempts.

I made business dealings with Mr. Ernani Tumimbang in the past and it was a mistake. It started with cancelled meetings, delayed outputs, and a bunch of bu**sh*t excuses. Then it gets worse and the last thing you know, you'll be begging him to just return your money.

Ever heard of Fleetrats International Inc.? Guess who the CEO and President is. Fleetrats Inc is a failure, so they he put up another company. Or maybe just rebrand Fleetrats, I don’t know.
But as I said, just beware.
Serious companies usually have their own website. They would invest in putting up their own website, maybe something like www.cirqprocess.com. Not just listings on different sites.
And also, try to google their CEO. He’s a former employee of PLDT. He was charged with unauthorised deduction by his subordinate, and he lost in court.
