Established in 2010 concentrating in air conditioning, Refrigeration and Industrial works, Polar Paris Air-conditioning Co. Has gradually grown to be the preeminent supplier, installer, servicer and repairer of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems (HVAC). We focus on quality air-conditioning and refrigeration units for industrial and commercial use. Ronnel M. Cuales, as Manager and Arnel M.Cuales as Field Operation Supervisor, is responsible for the overall performance of the Service Company, and with his past experience, maintains reputation for quality maintenance and service programs.
Service Operations

Currently, the Company operates a 2 Team`s of experienced service technicians to service and maintain not only the company’s installations, but many others as well. Polar Paris Air-conditioning Co. owns and operates several effective and reliable means of communications. Our office staff carries mobile phones. A 24 hour service is available for clients; we offer a genuine 24-hour emergency breakdown service, covering every day of the year. Our normal business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) and we have two technicians on the after-hours each week. Should neither of them respond to a page within 10 minutes, the call will escalate to Field Operations supervisor and then Management to ensure that your breakdown was attended.
Our competent field staff drives vehicles, well presented in Company uniform and carries identification at all times. The company is genuinely committed to provide a proactive service to our valuable clients; with the focus on reducing unnecessary breakdowns through the implementation of an excellent maintenance program.

Polar Paris Air-conditioning Company undertakes regular training and monitoring. Our staff has regular toolbox, safety and product training sessions, and a number of our field technicians have an NC II TESDA Diploma of Engineering, Refrigeration. In addition, all of our technician’s have undertaken the mandatory Trainings and every two years complete Safety Training.
