Philippine Competition Commission - Philippines

The Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) is a government body designed to protect and enhance market competition. Established in February 2016, it is an independent, quasi-judicial agency led by a Chairman (currently Dr. Arsenio Balisacan) and four other Commissioners. The PCC works to ensure fair market competition by regulating anti-competitive behavior, ultimately benefitting both consumers and businesses. Its primary goal is to promote and preserve market competition within the Philippines.
