BPOSeats.com enables facility owners to upload information and images about their premises for plug&play availability in cities. Currently, we have over 8000 seats onboarded. Additionally, applicants in selected cities can upload digital resumes and submit to an interview with our roaming mobile teams or recruitment hubs in BETA cities. Each applicant undergoes a filmed interview and is evaluated by HR professionals. To date, we have over 10,000 filmed applicants.

Clients requiring BPO solutions can browse our available facilities and applicants. They can pick a facility (optional) and/or select applicants based on the merits of their resume and filmed interview. They can then package together their requirements and the operation will be digitally confirmed (through email/SMS). Clients

are able to negotiate salary, and applicants can accept or reject offers. Once finalized, approved applicants are logged into the platform (from white-listed static IPs) and their payroll is generated automatically from their time-in and time-out data logged on the platform.
