Developers Connect Philippines - Philippines

DevCon Philippines is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2009 and is dedicated to promoting the development of IT talent in the Philippines. It was initiated by the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) and held its first event, DevCon Visayas, at the TechBar in Cebu City. Since then, DevCon has expanded its reach by embarking on a ten-city nationwide tour as part of the Next Wave Cities Roadshow, run by the Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT) and Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPA/P). To further its reach, DevCon has also entered into a partnership with the Philippine Society of IT Educators (PSITE) to make DevCon available to IT students across the country. In order to ensure DevCon's continued success, it was registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission as a non-profit organization.
