City of Batac, Ilocos Norte - Philippines

Batac is a 2nd class municipality in the province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines. The town is located in the northwest corner of the island of Luzon, about 11.2 km from the eastern shores of the South China Sea. The municipalities of Banna, Currimao, Paoay, Pinili and San Nicolas form its boundaries. According to the latest census, it has a population of 50,675 in 9,882 households.
