City of Tuguegarao, Cagayan - Tuguegarao City, Philippines

Tuguegarao City is now a 1st class city in the province of Cagayan, Philippines. It is the City Capital of Cagayan, the commercial center and the Regional Capital of Cagayan Valley Region. It is located on a peninsula in the Cagayan Valley. It is sheltered by the Sierra Madre Mountains in the East; Cordilleras in the West; and, the Caraballo Mountains in the South. It grew on the banks of the Cagayan River and the Pinacanauan River, near the southern border of the province.
