Municipality of Calintaan, Occidental Mindoro - Philippines

Calintaan is a 4th class municipality in the province of Occidental Mindoro, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 23,503 people and a 1.06% growth rate.[1] Tagalog is the main dialect spoken in Calintaan, being spoken by approximately 62% of the household population, followed by Ilocano which is spoken by about 22%.
