Tudela is 8 kilometers away from the town of Poro. Along with the town of Poro, Tudela is located on the island of Poro. Roman Catholics are dominant in the town and annually celebrate the fiesta of parish patron Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception on December 8. Local dialect (Cebuano) is entirely spoken all over the town which is exactly similar with the mainland's vernacular dialect.
