Process of change body

Wala sa ayos Ang process sa registration Ng change body. Naka limang hinge na Ng stincel sa motor at body number. Nag abot na Lang Ng 4 months Wala pa pa din. Hanging ngayon they are asking stincel another stincel Ng motor at body. The bad thing is sinsisi Ang LTO. WTF ayosin nyo service nyo nag bayad ako Ng maayos.
