Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) - Dasmarinas, Cavite (SM Dasmarinas - Express Banking Center) - Philippines

First time in my life to encounter a bank that never follow what is written in the BPI website. I presented them my passport which is a valid id(the website stated 1 valid id), picture and proof of billing but they didn't accept it. They even asked for another ID, which I also gave them. They told me to go to my hometown, get a brgy. clearance and go back to them. Next time please indicate the exact number of ID's you need and follow what is in the website to avoid conflict. They even asked me questions like my occupation, hometown, why am i opening an account here in Cavite instead at my hometown and other useless questions. Worst bank ever
