Where on the SRBC branches can you find a bank manager who always turn down loan applications,suspending loan release due to head office' notice of loan suspension(for lack of funds?)a bank manager with poor client relations, a manager who orders overtime work of his/her subordinate even on sundays, without pay? only in cagayan de oro city.

The SRBC does not provide quality service particularly the Cagayan de Oro branch. The bank in charge has poor relation with clients and even her subordinates, which is seen in a fast turn-over of employees, many good employees has resigned, clients withdrawing loan applications, clients arguing or even fighting against the manager. poor bank!
