Job vacancy Project Manager

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a company that is a digital payments enabler and provider. The job is located in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines and for Hybrid work arrangement.

Who are we looking for?

· Responsible for managing and delivering projects on time, on budget, and with quality.

· Providing project leadership throughout the project planning, implementation, and post-launch support.

· Should be able to review data collected through requirement gathering sessions, analyze important business data, and present the Software Requirement Specification, User Manuals, and Change Request Forms.

· Should be comfortable with working on both technical and business matters.

· Ensuring resource availability and effective resource allocation for the project.

· Adhering to Project Management discipline and standards should be able to provide input and insight for improvement as necessary.

· Coordinating and leading Business Analysis Compliance Checking, obtaining Software Requirement Specifications, and Customer Acceptance signoffs.

· Should be an effective communicator and problem solver.

· Should be able to work with different levels of stakeholders and maintain a good relationship.

What are you going to do?

· The ability to guide and inspire team members to meet tight deadlines within the budget and highest quality.

· PMP Certification or other projects or project management qualification preferred.

· Skilled in both Agile and Hybrid (Agile-waterfall) methodologies.

· Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.

· Ten (10) or more years of experience in the entire software development life cycle with 7 or more years of experience in Project Management.

· Prior experience in relation to the field of Banking & Finance or Cards and Payment Systems will be considered an added advantage.
